Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Hillview Plantation, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Cancellation & Refund Policy for guidance on how to cancel your order or request a refund.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them, as long as they have not been processed or shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at hillviewplantation@gmail.com or call us at +91 8593998944. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
  • After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may still be eligible for a return or exchange, as per our return policy below.

2. Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered.
  • Perishable items like spices and masalas are not eligible for returns if opened or tampered with.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refund for Cancelled Orders: If your order is canceled before shipment, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Only damaged products will be refunded and all other products are non-returnable
  • Refund for Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with details and photos of the issue. We will either replace the item or offer a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been used or opened.
  • Perishable items like spices and masalas, unless they are defective.
  • Items purchased during a sale or promotion (unless damaged or defective).

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the specified time, please check your bank or payment provider first. It may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at hillviewplantation@gmail.com.
