All orders placed on our website are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping across India. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. If you have any special requests or inquiries regarding shipping to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. These charges will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase. In some cases, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on our website.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location:

  • Within Kerala: 2-4 business days.
  • Other parts of India: 5-7 business days.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors such as holidays, weather conditions, and unforeseen shipping carrier delays. While we strive to meet these estimates, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your package’s status through the shipping carrier’s website. If you do not receive a tracking number or have trouble tracking your package, please contact us for assistance.

6. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or the absence of a recipient, the shipping carrier will usually attempt redelivery. If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, and additional shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Lost Items

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order is damaged during shipping or lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

8. Changes to Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 24 hours. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order is shipped.
